How to Rent

All rentals include delivery, set-up, and pick-up with a pick-up time no later than 9:00 pm and delivery within 45 miles of our warehouse.  Pick-ups after 9:00 pm will incur a separate late-night pick-up fee which can be viewed on our Terms and Conditions page.  Deliveries outside the 45 miles will be based on venue location.  Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price. We charge $1.50 per mile outside the 45 miles of our warehouse.

The price listed is for one (1) setup/location only. The price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

How to Place Your Order:

  1. Browse & Select
    Explore our collections, find the perfect rental piece, and select your preferred date on the calendar before clicking “Next.”
    • If renting multiple items, add each one separately to your cart and ensure they all have the same delivery date.
  2. Provide Event Details
    Before proceeding, you’ll need to review and agree to our Terms & Conditions. You’ll also be asked to fill in important details, including:
    • Venue Name, Address, and Phone Number
    • Venue Manager or Contact Person’s Phone Number & Email
    • Preferred Delivery & Pickup Times (if known)
  3. Checkout & Payment
    Click “Book Now” to proceed to checkout. Choose from two payment options:
    • Pay in Full
    • Shop Pay (splits the total into 4 installments)
    • Additional payment options are coming soon!
  4. Order Confirmation & Next Steps
    Once we receive your order and payment, keep an eye on your inbox for an email from OakCityBlooms@gmail.com confirming your booking and any additional details.
    • If your order includes extra fees (e.g., delivery beyond 45 miles, late-night pickup, customization, or item relocation), we will send a separate invoice.
    • If you haven't received a confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at OakCityBlooms.com to ensure your booking is complete.
